At gymnastics
At gymnastics we warm up then do basic tumbling, basic kicking, or flexibility.On Monday and Friday we do basic tumbling, on Tuesday we do basic kicking, and on Thursday we do flexibility. When we are done we usally do beam first, then floor or vault,and last we go to bars.I have two coaches one does beam the other does bars and both do floor and vault.The level 6 team goes 5 days a week everyday exept Sunday and Wednesday.We practice 18 hours a week.
